Who we are
The Round Table is organised by Mike Readings and Charli Castell. For privacy enquiries, contact info@djmikereadings.co.uk.
Your membership enquiry
When you register your interest, we collect your name, business name, business category, email, an optional website or social profile, an optional note about your business and a timestamp recording your privacy consent. We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you about suitable available or future places and manage the enquiry process. We do not automatically subscribe applicants to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the site’s hosted database, provided through Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, and are accessible only to authorised organisers. Where configured, an email notification is delivered to our enquiry inbox using Resend. These service providers process information to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information while considering your application and arranging any follow-up. You can request deletion by contacting us. The organisers review stored enquiries and delete records that are no longer needed.
Event bookings
Eventbrite handles ticket selection, payments and booking confirmations. Payment card information is processed by Eventbrite and its payment providers, not by this site. When you choose ticket options, you interact with Eventbrite’s service and its own privacy terms. Booking a ticket does not grant membership.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage supports site preferences and secure access. Optional Google Analytics, if configured, loads only after you allow analytics. See our cookie policy for controls and details.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or withdraw permission for follow-up, by emailing us. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Please avoid including sensitive information in your enquiry.
